Are you ready for some football!

Not my most flattering pic, but this is my awesome quarterback pose to mark the beginning of football season 2008! Terry and I took to the park to show off our well honed football tosses and catches. We may need a little bit more practice. The Broncos play tomorrow night,  and hopefully they'll have a better season this year than last. Go Broncos!

Harvest time

I love these pics because they remind me of my favorite time of year -- fall in New England! It's when I get to drag Terry to harvest picking and silly town fairs, like this pic we took of a truck pulling contest at the Marshfield Fair in August. Absolutely awesome. I'm so sad that summer is coming to an end, but at least I get to pick apples, bake apple pie, and eat fair food. There's always a bright side.

NYC Human Race

We just got back from an exhausting but very fun weekend in NYC, where most went to run in Nike's poorly organized Human Race 10K, and myself and Annie just cheered them on and came along for the ride. The weekend was awesome, and we had some very good food, including Mario Batali pizza, fantastic pasta, papaya drinks and tasty turkey subs from the crazy deli guy on the corner. We hope Sarah lets us come back sooner rather than later! We thought our friend Joe, pictured in the bottom photo, far right, would appreciate this store we found on Eighth Ave. named after him.
